After I came back from Spring break it was, quite interesting seeing the teens again, for it has been a little defecate for me for back home the youth group and even the district youth know who I am and I am friends with many of them, so when I was home I spend a lot of time with the youth, so when I got back it help me remember what it can be like if I really try and make relationships with the teens I understand that it will take time, but I am willing and ready to keep pushing on. In youth I’ve been trying to get to know the teens hanging out playing soccer, or Frisbee. It was really neat for on Friday in the student center one of the youth sow me in there and can running up to say hey, I just felt that this was really good to see that they where getting to the point, that youth fill as if I has become more then just someone they don’t care about to someone that they fill as if there are getting to know.

On Sunday it was not a lot new that happened I want and just hung out with the teens, it was a lot of fun for I did go up and when they where singing got up there and danced with them and just had fun, for it is just showing the teens that you are willing to get up there and just be dumb and having fun with them.

Not a lot of spiritual things happened for I fill as if I have not got to the point where I fill as if I am able to really talk about there spiritual life just yet but, I do fill that what I have to be doing now is not talking it but living it, and let them see Christ in my life.

Record of Ministry

This past week when I was home I wasn’t to our district lock in it was a lot of fun we started out at 6:30 getting over to the church and getting things ready to go, then at 7 it was time to leave, we want to a Baptist church about twenty min away where we where going to spend the first three hours at, what happened is we had time to hang out and wait for some of the other churches to get there, then we had a speaker come in and do a lesson and a band come in, and things was really good the speaker really did a great Job of showing how as Christians we have to make shore we are living out our faith not just acting it out. At 10 we got all the teens into the vans and want to the YMCA, and this is where we spent the rest of the night, we had basketball and volleyball, swimming and much more, they had a spy game where you had to try and get two things of duck tape from someone and if you got there tape then you got the person that they were after. The night was good we had a lot of fun there was some water fights between me and one of the girls from my church, she laid down for a little bit and me and one of the other teens took to water battles and emptied them on her it was a lot of fun. Had some really good time of getting to talk with some of the other youth pastors from the district that I did not know, and meet some of the new teens for I know a lot of them for I have been on this district for a long time. Then finely it was getting near 5:30 when we where to get to go home, so we had to worm up the car and by the time that we got ready and finely drove back and waited for the teens to get picked up it was 6:30 so we had gone for 12 hours, but it was good and I had a lot of fun getting to just hang out with the teens.

Spiritual Reflection

Not a lot of spiritual happened that I got to talk to the teens about for we had out lesson, and then the rest of the night was just fun, and so I did not really get a chance to talk to the teens about God.

Personal Reflection

I really felt for my self that it was good for I was able to really fill as if I was able to get to know some of the other youth pastors much beater where I did not before, I also was able to see some of the teens for camp and other district things that I had not got to see for a wail it was really good just getting to see them and talk to them.

This past week I wasn’t to the Sunday morning service where for the first part they had all the teens together then when it came time to have the service they split into two groups, the senior high and the junior high teens I really did not do much I just hung out and got to see what happened for it was my first time to go. So I wanted to see how things where run

Then on Sunday night they had the homeless meal over at the church at 6 so I want and hung out with the teens and just got to know them more and have fun then they had a band come up and play, but I did not stay in with the band for real long for I had a head ace, so I want to the foyer and hung out with some of the teens that were out there. It was a lot of fun to just hang with the teens and have fun, the food to that they had was really good I thought even though most of the teen did not like it at all, but I did think that I was good that they where willing to try it.

Wednesday night I think was one of the best nights that I have had there yet I really fill like I am getting to know the teens more and connecting with some of them. For the most part I hung out in the gym for the first part playing some games then want over to the main door and talked with the leaders and teens that was hanging out over there. When the service was starting all the leaders where told to make shore that they spread out well to keep the teens under control and so I was seating in the front and when the band was playing just want up and had fun dancing with the teen and just goofing off. It was a good night I really fill that I am connecting with the teens. Things have been going really good I really am starting to enjoy working there.

Not a lot spiritual has been happing for what I have been working on is just building relationships and I fill as if this is going really well for if I want to make a difference and have the ability to open doors then you have to gain there trust and that takes time.

Blog 3

For the first time this past week I want to youth on Sunday night, I was going to start earlier but one week I forgot then it was the super bowl last week, it was not quite what I thought it would be, when I got there the senor high youth where getting ready to go out for pizza and the junior high teens where going to have there small group at JC Body shop, so I stayed and helped out with the small group. It was a little different then they usually have it for they had the boys and girls together, but it was fun we hung out and played basket ball and then they watched a Rob Bell video, but it was really nice for I was able to hang out with some of the teens and get to know then beater, it really was nice for there was not as many teens and I was able to talk and get to know them and see them in a smaller group.

Not a lot of spiritual stuff really happened on Sunday night for they really spent time hanging out, but I did fill that as was able to get to know some of the teens a I fill as if that is a big part of my helping there is to help get to know the teens and help show them what it means to live a life for Christ, for many of then don’t really get to see this except for when they are at youth.

On Wednesday we had youth and I think that it was the best one that I have had, for I really fill as if I am starting to get to know some of the youth much beater, I fill as if, im not just a some college student that but starting to fit in, I know that I still have a long way to go, this week I just hung out played ball and played a little Xbox. It was a good time of hanging out.
